Kevin J. Kuhn is the CEO and President of Kuhn Firm. Kevin is a litigation lawyer and business attorney. On the litigation side, Kevin's thirty-year practice has focused on litigation, trial and appeals in cases involving complex insurance coverage disputes, construction and product defects, commercial disputes, personal injury law, employment law (including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination), and labor law in state and federal courts and tribunals (labor relations boards, departments of insurance, etc.) across the country. On the business lawyer side, Kevin Kuhn is often retained to provide counseling to companies and boards of directors on important risk management and insurance issues, prepare commercial contracts and other legal documents and provide representation on important business law issues and business lawsuits. As an appeals attorney, Kevin Kuhn has handled appeals involving insurance issues, construction defects, family law, DUI and breach of contract issues.

Prior to founding Kuhn Firm ten years ago, Kevin Kuhn was a Shareholder and Practice Area Chair at Am Law 200 firm Vedder Price P.C. in Chicago, where he practiced for fifteen years.   Prior to that, Kevin Kuhn was an associate at Am Law 200 firm Hinshaw & Culbertson in Chicago, where he practiced for four years.  Kevin Kuhn is included on the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017,2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Lists of Illinois Super Lawyers.
